Make your sports event unmissable. We bring the glow, you bring the games. One of our team (or more if needed) delivers, installs, supports and monitors the lighting and set up so organisers can focus on play and engaging their participants.
What’s included
UV Lighting with stands/clamps, cabling & tape
Effects lighting (1–2 fixtures)
On-site GlowSports team memebr (setup, safety check, live tweaks, break down)
GlowSports leaders pack (t-shirts etc)
Setup 2 hours + break down 1 hour within the agreed access window
Phone support throughout

Half – up to 3 hours of activity: £545 + Travel + VAT
Full day – up to 8 hours on site: £895 + Travel + VAT

GlowSports is managed and delivered by a team of sport professionals. The brand was developed by Mike Squire (MSc) and Emma Harris (MSC). With over 15 years of sports development and event experience between them. GlowSports was created to help engage everyone in being active. The fun, inclusive and engaging experience means that no one at your event will feel unable to join in.
Our team will work with you to create the perfect experience for your guests. We will tailor the activities to meet the outcomes of your event. We can ensure everyone from the event, whatever their age, will go away talking about your event.
GlowSports can help create the perfect environment to launch your new product, to reward your players for a great season or thank your staff for their hard work. You can keep it traditional and focus on the sport, set up a tournament or create a themed event. Halloween is one of the most popular themes and one of our busiest times of the year. Key terms to consider
Scope: Lighting and equipment only (+ advice and suppor) — organiser runs the activities.
Power: Min 4 × 13A sockets within 20 m
Access: 2h setup + 1h breakdown. Waiting/overrun may incur a fee
Booking & payment: 50% to secure date; balance 14 business days before.
Cancellation: Less 14 days = 50% of hire; 7 days = 100% (we’ll try to re-date where possible)
